Elements

1. RADIAL FANS
Radial fans with forward and backward inclined wings and double absorbers are used in air conditioner stations. These are imported fans with static and dynamic balances made and fully manufactured from galvanized metal plate. Bearing of the fans have been made with long life bearings, according to their sized and features. Spark Proof fans or high temperature resistant Taunus type single aspirator fans can be used upon demand according to operating conditions of the air conditioner station.

2. ELECTRICAL MOTORS
Electrical motors with 2, 4, 6, or 8 poles, in IP 54 protection class, F isolation class, 3 phase, 50 Hz and 380 V are used as a standard in air conditioner stations and these motors are selected with a power at least 20% higher then the shaft power drawn by the fan. It is possible to use double speed, IP55 protection class, spark proof electrical motors, according to request.

3. PROPOLSION ELEMENTS
Iron pulleys and belts with conic bushes, with SPA, SPB, and SPC are used as a standard. A belt tightening system, with the ability to move in three axes is used in order to adjust the tension of the belt and ensure the regularity of the belts. Pulley adjusted for 11 kW motor power can be used according to request.

4. FILTERS
A new filter cassette designed has been developed in order to ensure easy service to filters and high level sealing. It is possible to use synthetic fiber or fiber glass as filter material according to demand. G3 and G4 type filters are used in the Panel Filters. F6, F7, F8 and F9 type filters are used in the Bag Filters (EU3 and EU4). H10, H11, H12, H13 and H14 type filters are used in the Hepa Filters. Other than these filtes, it is possible to use metallic filters and carbon filters according to request.

5. BATTERIES
In airhandling units, it is possible to use heating, cooling, direct dilation and vapour batteries, according to purpose of use. Copper or aluminum can be used as battery material for both wing and pipe, and steel pipes and steel wing batteries can be used for vapour batteries. The number of pipe rows can be increased up to 8, according to varying capacities and the batteries are mounted on guided bearings. Cooling battery condensing water pans are manufactured from stainless metal plates as a standard. Drift eliminators made of polipropilen material having special forms have been used in order to prevent leakage to other cells of water droplets from the battery.

6. ELECTRICAL HEATERS
Standard electrical heaters are manufactured with steel pipes and steel wings. A standard safety thermostat is included. It is possible to manufacture with stainless steel and stainless steel wings.

7. HEAT RECOVERY
Heat recovery equipment of aluminum plate, heat wheel, freon serpentine or water serpentine type can be used.

8. HUMIDIFIERS

It is possible to select humidifiers of several different types.
• Adiabatic vapour pad type: Stainless steel drainage pan, cellulose based vapourization pad, pump, floater, and absorber filters are standard.
• Electronic vapour type: Vapour cylinder, immersion electrodes, stainless vapour distributor and electronic command module are standard.
• Electronic ultrasonic type: ultrasonic vibration plates, deionization equipment, electronic command module are standard.
• Adiabatic washer type: Sprinkler and distribution pipes are made of plastic. Float pump, suction filter, polypropylene drift eliminator and air router are standard.

9. SILENCERS
Manufactured mainly from galvanized metal plate, glass wool and glass tulle. Fireproff class is A2 according to DIN 4102.

10. CONTROL DAMPER

It is manufactured as a standard from aluminum frame, aluminum aerofoil wings, plastic internal hidden geared mechanism and bearing elements. The geared wheels have been designed as hidden, in order to prevent influence from outdoor dust and dirt. The wings and edge profiles have been equipped with sealing joints.

11. FLEXIBLE CONNECTIONS
Fan station body connection is made with high resistance, vibration damper, flexible connectors, as a standard.

12. AIR CIRCULATOR
Air circulators which are manufactured of perforated metal plate as a standard, are used between the fan and the filter cell or between the fan and the silencer.

13. ACCESSORIES
Accessories such as etange ceiling illumination fixtures and lights, cables, etange keys and observation glass can be used according to request.
