![]() HSK has offered to the market FLEXLINE and QUICKLINE Airhandling Unit series, as a result of 1.5 years of work of its R&D department, working with the understanding of "quality in products and production", that is continuously developed. FLEXLINE and QUICKLINE are two different air handling units that use the same body structure. These devices are able to perform all inside air conditioning operations effectively regardless of the operating conditions due to their advanced thermal and mechanical performance.
Both airhandling unit models:
• Have no thermal bridge • Have Panels With 50 mm Thick Rock Wool Isolation • Have High Body Endurance • Have Body and Filter Sealed • Ensure accurate selection of capacity for all kinds of air conditioning processes, with AIRWARE Software. • Panel made of galvanized sheet and galvanized box profiles in dimensions of 30*30 with 2 mm of wall thickness are used. Maximum air flow is given up to 100,000 m³/h in the FLEXLINE Air Handling Unit. Although all radial fan types have been used, frequency converter can used optionally. An electricity panel is used in this context. Maximum air flow is given up to 20,000 m³/h in the QUICKLINE Air Handling Unit. As plug fan is used as a standard, the motor is directly coupled and thus, belt and pulley are not used. Thus, efficiency losses, and operational costs resulting from change of belt and line adjustment of pulleys, are eliminated. Since directly coupled fans are manufactured as a standard together with the specially developed frequency converter panel, energy can be saved by decreasing the air flow, by using the feature of the frequency converter, with the pressure or heat sensitive element, without the need for the control panel, in hours when the enterprise is working in low rate.
