![]() Hygieneline (HJL) Air Handling Unit was designed by HSK R&D department in order to ensure healthy, fresh and clean air handling in buildings. The fundamental of the design could be summarized as to create a clearable structure not allowing dust accumulation. The basic concept underlying the design, can be summarized as developing a structure that does not allow for the accumulation of dust and dirt and ensure that cleanup is controllable.
Since the profiles constituting the frame are hidden between the panels, internal surfaces constitute very smooth lines. Thus, accumulation of dust and dirt is prevented. The standard observation glass and internal illumination allows for the visibility and controllability of internal hardware. Illumination fixtures have been mounted between the internal and external hulls of the panels and with the very special design of HSK R&D engineers. Thus, accumulation of dust and dirt from bulges, have been prevented. Filter leakage class is F9 and body sealing is "B" according to EN 1886. Design, which prevents the contact of internal and external hulls and does not use thermal bridge, prevents condensation on surfaces. • Has air flow between 1000 m³/h and 100.000 m³/h • Modular structure • Manufactured with recyclable materials that do not damage the environment • Conform to the hygienic standards of VDI 6022-1, VDI 6022-3, DIN 1946 – 4 , EN 13053. • Has closed circuit, anti-bacterial sealing joint.
Body Structure
• Immersed galvanized frame, consisting of profile cases and furnace painted • High body endurance, "2A" according to EN 1886 • 50 mm thick heat isolated with mineral wool • PVC profiles having vacuum with 7 sections, connecting the internal and external surfaces of the panel • Design not using heat bridges, preventing condensation on the body • Use of closed cell, sealed joints • Illumination fixtures inlaid, not running over to cells and cleanable Corrosion Endurance • Galvanized / furnace paint over galvanize / stainless steel internal hull in all panels. • Hidden frame consisting of profile frames with furnace paint over immersed galvanized • Heater and cooler heat exchangers with stainless discs and lids, aluminum surfaces coated with epoxy, to prevent the corrosion effects of disinfectants • Use of copper collector to prevent the corrosion of heater and cooler collector surfaces due to humidity • Stainless steel condensing pan that does not hold water due to its two directional inclination • Drift eliminator made of polypropylene profiles, resistant to temperatures up to 130 C • Air dampers manufactured of eloxal aluminum, with hidden gear, having airfoil wings with joints and suitable for automatic control applications Sealing Elements • Has a structure that prevents microbiologic reproduction • Based on neoprene that is resistant to disinfectants • Chemically and physically cleanable Fans • Cleanable, backward inclined, radial fans with few wings are used. These fans are suitable for revolution control, with the frequency converter. • In order to prevent belt dust: - Directly coupled fans are used – Flat belts that do not draw dust have been used • Plug fan without spiral and with few wings have been used for easy cleaning • Vibration prevented with vibration isolators and flexible edge connections Filters • Filter cases with spring clips have been used to prevent filter leaks • Prevents microbiologic reproduction • Filter sealing have been ensured with closed cell joints • Manometer for tracking of filter pressure drops • Filters can easily be dismounted and mounted, due to filter cases with spring clips and wide filter doors. Batteries • Easy access due to open gap between the heater and cooler exchanger and service door • Removable by sliding on the guides • Ability to in depth cleaning due to lamel gaps wider than 2.1 mm • Heater and cooler heat exchangers with stainless discs and lids, aluminum surfaces coated with epoxy, to prevent the corrosion effects of disinfectants • Use of copper collector to prevent the corrosion of heater and cooler collector surfaces due to humidity • Stainless steel condensing pan that does not hold water due to its two directional inclination • Removable drift eliminator with service door, guides, made of polypropylene profiles, resistant to temperatures up to 130 C and with stainless steel frames
