Frame: The whole frame was manufactured as owen dyed in electrostatic RAL 7035 color code using 1 mm galvanized sheet as standard. Thus, both the strength of frame to external effects and resistance to corrosion was increased and an aesthetic appearance was acquired. The entire inner surface is coated with polyethylene seal of 3 mm thickness and heat and sound insulation was provided. Using polyethylene seal in the joint parts of panels and aluminum profiles ensured cell tightness. Carcass structure consists of 30x30 mm extrused aluminum profile and aluminum injection corner joints. Suction/cast flanges, made of 2 mm galvanized sheet and attached to the frame provided as standard in every model, provide great convenience in channel connections.

Engine and Fan: High efficiency, dense winged radial fans selected through a special selection program in computer environment are used. Engines with protection class of IP 54 are used and power transfer is provided with belt and pulley mechanism. Belt and pulley that significantly influence fan-engine efficiency and accordingly the operating costs were selected elaborately. In order to prevent the vibration formed during operation from being transmitted to the trunk, the bases fan and engine depend on and the fan outlet were attached to the cell via special vibration absorbers.
