The Air Handling Unit to respond to the air conditioning requirements of each project, should be selected correctly. Correct design, correct device and correct selection constitute the starting point of our manufacturing. At this point, the HSK Air Handling Unit Program, as part of the AIRWARE software family has been offered for your service, which allows for selecting devices with correct, complete and efficient technical features, in order to assist the project. This program can easily be used in all airhandling unit applications with its fast and correct selection and easy to use features, and is open for use to all our customers. The AIRWARE software family includes all air handling unit selections, fancoils and cooling towers.
Selecting the air handling unit with the required features is very easy through using the AHU selection program offered by HSK to its customers, which has been offered to customers as a result of R&D works. Operating in the Windows operating system and designed for all kinds of usage and in conformity with all details, this program is distinguished from other air handling unit programs by the following main features: • More than one project can be developed under each file and any number of air handling units can be selected in each of these projects. • General technical data such as pressure loss, outdoor weather conditions, indoor weather conditions, battery features, can be defined by the user and thus, it is not necessary to re-enter the same parameters for each station in the same project. This operation can be repeated likewise for each station. • Air handling unit selection can be initiated from any cell and the arrangement can easily be changed during selection. The only criterion during the selection of the cells is whether it is in the blow line or the absorption line. After this is answered, the points where the cell can be placed, are indicated on the drawing. • Panel structure, model, series and station features can be changed during or after the selection and this change can be planned automatically, both technically and in terms of price. • Two language options are available right now in the selection program and the language can be changed during the selection. The selection program, which has English and Turkish option right now, can be converted to any language by only word translation. • All units used in the program can be converted to any unit system by selecting "Units" from the "Tools" menu. • The psychometric diagram located under the "Tools" menu can be viewed at anytime, independent from the program and values can be read for points. The scale of the psychometric diagram can be changed according to its accuracy and a diagram can be obtained between the desired values. • A separate psychometric diagram can be drawn for each cell, for which air conditioning has been made in the station. This psychometric diagram is developed according to the "altitude" value, which is among the assumed values of the station and the project. • Each cell can be united with another one, as long as the HSK design permits. • The file that is formed after the air handling unit selection is completed, can be sent via e-mail, without exiting the program or using another program. The file takes up very low space, both in saving and in sending as an e-mail. • Flange or damper can be added to the inlets and outlets of cells located in the absorption or blow sections of the supply and exhaust lines. Air speeds of the dampers and flanges and their heights can be adjusted when making these selections. • All these operations, which have been explained in brief above, can be rapidly carried out when the program is executed or the project is reopened. |
