Today, the delivery period of air-conditioning units is about 8-10 weeks. In customer satisfaction researches performed by HSK, we have found out that this period is desired to be 2-4 weeks. This request was deemed impossible today considering all the procedures from the supply of main materials such as coil, fan to the manufacture, painting and assembly of panels. It was not possible to stock the parts since it was not possible to estimate the connection points beforehand. With FrameDrill technology, the frame of the air handling unit could be manufactured beforehand using a very sensitive positioning, stocked and thus delivered within a very short period. Since coil, fan and other materials have been standardized in Quickline units developed as the reflection of this new manufacturing philosophy, the orders up to 20.000 m3/h could be delivered in 2 weeks period. With FrameDrill technology, the parts comprising the frame of the air handling unit have been redesigned in a modular way. The mounting holes on these new modules are drilled with a sensitivity of 1% of millimeter. The assembly procedure carried out using special bolts with bits in the shape of a drill could be performed using less force and in a much more quick way. FrameDrill has also unrivaled advantages for replacement market. When the existing air handling unit needs to be replaced, the operator encounters with serious problems. The problem increases when the place in question is a shopping center, hotel, museum, cultural center or a historical building that is intolerant to construction site and destruction. With this new system, new air handling units could be easily assembled in the existing buildings just like toy blocks and no problem is observed in the building and the daily living in the building. |
