Our company has put into service in 2000, the
"Air Handling Unit Test and Performance Measurement Laboratory", in order to measure the performance of the products during manufacturing and produce air handling units that conform to international standards.
This test room is used for product development studies under the scope of the R&D works and for measuring the performance of the products in 1 in every 200 stations annually, and has become one of the most important means of reflecting the high quality and technology of our products. Also, investors can observe the operation of the products they purchase before they are delivered from the factory and observe that they conform to the required values.

This type of test room has been established for the first time in Turkey, both among the airhandling unit industry and among universities and research institutions. Our firm has taken many important steps in becoming a world wide brand, with the facility and equipment modernization investment it made in order to always provide its customers with better and higher quality service.
Resulting from one year of intensive studies of our R&D department, this test room has been established in full conformity to the
AMCA / ASHRAE (210-85) Standards.
Measurements carried out in the test room, in accordance with the AMCA / ASHRAE standard, are categorized under 3 categories;
1.Measurements for the AirHandling Units :
• Inlet and outlet air temperature and humidity values
• Internal static pressure losses on a cell basis
• Internal static pressure losses on a station basis
• Current and power of fan motors
• Voltage and frequency of the network line
• Speeds of the fans
2. Measurements in the Test Room:
• Test pressure
• Nozzle front pressure
• Nozzle front temperature
• Nozzle difference pressure
3. Atmospheric Measurements:
• Dry thermometer temperature
• Atmospheric humidity value
• Atmospheric pressure values

Airhandling unit flow is calculated based on these measurements. It shall also be possible to measure thermal capacities of heat exchangers in the future. Accordingly, it shall be possible to measure temperature, humidity and pressure loss values in the inlets and outlets of the heater and cooler heat exchangers.
Pressure losses in the channel system, to which the airhandling unit shall be mounted, can be simulated in the performance tests and the performance can be measured based on this value. During flow measurement, the software can automatically calculate the flow, after the external pressure loss is entered. The special computer software, data collection devices, measurement sensors and computer, which are resistant to conditions of the room, have been prepared for the Air Conditioner Station Test and Performance Measurement Room and have been selected according to the test system.
