HSK Total Quality Management includes all employees in the organization, it is applied from all level of managers to staff, from external customers to suppliers. What is meant by the word quality is, the flawless manufacturing of products. What is meant by management, is determining a vision and provision of all means for reaching the target. The purpose of human resources in quality management is to ensure that dialogue is among all employees in the organization, is fully understandable. Human consciousness and human resources management, are very important at this stage for the concept of total quality management. The importance of the human is emphasized, in order to ensure the required quality and to speak about the concept of management.

As it can be seen in the figure below, HSK Total Quality Management includes customer orientation, improving cooperation with suppliers, development and participation of employees, managing with processes and resting on data, leadership and determination, social responsibility, focusing on results.
