HRA Radial Unit Heaters; these are radial fan wall type units used for the heating of places such as plants, werehouses, hangars, workshop, garages and similar places. It is connected to hot water, boiling water and steam heater installations. 90/70 Chot water is produced according to the operation conditions, between standard capacities of 5.000 kcal/h and 75.00 kcal/h.
Design Features ve Elements
- Casing : It has been produced of galvanized sheets. They have a strong construction due to the production properties. Electrostatic furnace point is used while manufacturing.
- Centrifuge Fan - Motor Group : The static and dynamic balanced centrifuge fan is coupled directly to the 1400 rpm electrical motor as a standard. They work without any vibration or any sound.
- Heating Coil : It has been placed inside the body as a copper pipe - aluminum fin for hot water, and as steel pipe and steel coil, electro galvanized or dip type for boiling water and steam. They are very resistant and have a long service life.
- Air Setting Shutter: The product which has been produced of galvanized sheets has been made of joint moving wings in order to enable the distribution of the air to the desired direction. Its manually controlled.
- Heater Liquid Connection Openings: It is produced of gear pipe as a standard. It is produced with gears for systems with hot water, and with flanges for systems with steam.
- Interior and Exterior Air Mixture Section: If exterior air is used, the interior-outside air flap and the mixture section equipped with the suction cage wire are used to make a mixed air setting at the ratio necessary, and ventilation can be provided .
