Its damper wings and cases have been manufactured from Aluminum coated with "ELOXAL". The damper gear mechanism is HIDDEN and protects the gears from external effects (atmospheric conditions and dirt that can damage the gear mechanism). The gear mechanism is manufactured from fiber glass reinforced hard plastic material and the gear bearings do not require lubrication.

Damper case has been manufactured with flange for channel connection and ensures easy mounting. The wings can open in opposite directions to ease flow control. The wings ensure minimum leak with joints. Noiseless operation of the damper has been ensured with the joints. The aerodynamically designed wings do not cause any resistance to air flow. Has been mounted without any welds.
